Learning admins create Learning groups in Workplace and add all the course content as posts (links, images, text, etc.). LMS Bot allows admins to then create a new course in the admin panel, add modules with details, and then tag the Workplace posts with the modules to make the course more structured.
Assessments can be added at the end of entire course, every module or both. Multiple question types, like – free text, MCQs, True/False, etc. can be added.
LMS bot allows admins to link courses to existing or new competencies. Competency level analytics and competency index is computed based on the scores of individual users of users taking courses within a competency
You can launch the course as you create it or schedule it for a later date. You can add time interval for which the course would be active, users have to complete the course within the given timeline.
Admins are informed when their course is successfully launched. Also, the trainees are invited for the course through Workchat. They can start reading the course and take assessments through Workchat.
