Configurations - Out-Of-Office Bot

As an admin you can choose the following configurations for the bot. On the Out-Of-Office bot dashboard, click on Configuration

  • Admins can set a default name postfix which can be used by all users

    The specified postfix will be appended to name and {date} will be replaced by vacation end date

  • Admins can set a default message which can be used by all users

    The default out of office response would be shown in the notifying comments and messages. For example - "I am Out of Office till {date}, please expect some delay in response." Put keyword {date} where vacation end date is required
